About this event

Overview

We've redesigned Introduction to Evidence-Based Pedagogy (STEP-UP), our series that teaches you how to teach effectively and inclusively, for the COVID era. Introduction to Evidence-Based Pedagogy can be taken live or on your own, so it's Zoom-friendly and accommodates your schedule.

Format

Take it live or on your own:

  • Live: Ten live sessions on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. and Fridays at 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. from January 8, 2021 until February 10, 2021
  • On your own: Every live session will be recorded so you can watch it later, and you can complete tailored assignments on your own time and submit them for credit (this option is available for those who take the full course).

Take it as a course or a la carte:

  • Course: Take all 10 sessions (live or on your own) for GRAD 302 course credit and/or a certificate of completion
  • A la carte: Take just the workshops you're interested in (this option is available for live attendance).
